To secure a specific date and time, for a standard ceremony I will require a minimum 50% deposit for a date scheduled (Three Months - 90 days) out or further. For any date that is to be scheduled shorter than (Three Months - 90 days) the FULL amount will be required. Once the date, time, and venue location has been discussed you will receive a payment link, QR Code(s) sent to you via email so that you may submit your payment. The payment MUST be received within (24) hours or the original date and time will be released. I (CANNOT) hold any date(s) without the deposit at minimum.

*For an elopement or vow renewal, the full amount is due in advance before I can place this on my calendar. 

Standard ceremonies will also receive via email an "inquiry form" that I ask to be completed. This information provides me with much greater insight as to your ceremony plans. I would need this to be completed no less than (two weeks) prior to the ceremony date. 

Once the inquiry form has been completed, I ask that we schedule a date and time to hold either a video conference call or a phone call (15 to 30) minutes on average and discuss the information that was provided on the form so to ensure that we all have the same / mutual understanding of the ceremony expectations and events. I generally complete these one week prior to the ceremony between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00pm EDT.

On the date of the ceremony, I generally arrive between 45 and 60 minutes before the ceremony is set to begin. I would like to confirm that you have your (1) Marriage License, (2) Wedding Rings and (3) your TWO witnesses chosen. I will meet with the following individuals (if applicable) wedding coordinator, photographer, DJ and speak of any pertinent details from either side.
